I've been a Real Estate Professional for over 5 years. Originally from NJ where we were able to experience all 4 seasons, Seaside Heights was the summertime destination before the show "Jersey Shore" was ever a thing and you were just a short ride away from New York City and Philadelphia. As much as I enjoyed all of those things, I absolutely fell in love with Florida when I came to visit my parents in Spring Hill. Taking the kids to see the mermaid show at Weeki Wachee Springs or a trip to Boyett's Grove Citrus and Attractions for a fun adventure. A quick 40 minute ride took us to America’s best beaches in Clearwater where we fished and swam for hours. Being a huge car guy, I couldn't help but appreciate how great the roads were in Florida and all of the wonderful places that they led to. The automotive culture was alive and well here in Tampa Bay with several race tracks nearby and local car meets and shows almost daily. I just knew that I had to make Tampa Bay my home!
